Great taste just not somewhere I would eat on a regular basis but it does have a lot of choices.

Overall we enjoy our visits to IHOP, although it can be very busy at times, especially on the weekend. The selection is good with a heavy hand towards breakfast items. The omelets are overstuffed, I however do not like the pancake batter that is put into the egg mix. I do like the crispiness of the hash browns and the unlimited coffee is usually good, without being too bold. The servers are always friendly and despite being very busy the store is kept in good repair. If you are looking for a great assortment of breakfast items it is a good place to visit

Food was absolutely wonderful the waitress was one of the best I've ever had I think her name was Madison I would give her at least the four star out of five star rating as a waitress I'll make it she was worth every bit of it

Second time I go here, and get no service. I don't ever think people is against me because of my race, but the host; who also looked like he was a manager, look at me 3 times and wait more than 5 minutes to sit me, and then I wait 10 minutes and no server stops at the table all while they not busy at all; makes me wonder if they think that because I am Latina, I don't know how tip or don't have money to pay.

Took an hour from sitting down to get our food. Food was good but the eggs were cold by the time they made it to the table. Never got a refill on my drink from sitting there for well over an hour.

The waitress we had was ok. My omelet was over cooked, and almost room temperature. My grand and my great niece hot chocolates was greasy looking after the whip cream melted...they didnt drink it. Coffee tasted watered down. I only stayed because the girls wanted to stay. I would have sent my food back but it took too long to get it and we was hungry.

Very, very good, as usual. We can always count on a good meal, good service, and pretty good value from IHOP.

Went to IHOP for lunch today and I'm not sure I'll ever be back. The restaurant was dirty. Tables needed cleaning. The table we were sat at had been cleaned but the menus were stuck to the table. The waitress said that's because they have to place the menus immediately after wiping them. The ladies bathroom had no hand towels and trash was in the floor. It was not busy with customers and staff was available to take care of needs, just not helpful. One staff mber came by sweeping while we were eating our meal. Big disappointment in the overall lack of cleanliness and staff attitudes.

it's pretty good. it's Ihop. it's clean and the waitstaff is friendly.

I ordered hot tea...the water was warm at best. The sausage links were cold, and the ice water tasted like DIRT! Enjoy!

We came for Veterans day. Our server Erica was exceptional! She was even working overtime and was just as nice as could be. Service was quick and food was great!

The food was good. The service needs work. I went here with 2 others @ 11 on a Thursday. Not a very busy day. Waitresses didnt seem to know what sections were theirs. The waitress we had put our order in wrong. It took a total of 1 hour and 26 to finish up here. 45 minutes of that was waiting on our food to come out. We did not have difficult orders. Two orders or gravy biscuits and scrambled eggs with hash browns and one order of the strawberry crepes. Took 10+ minutes to get our coffees. I am not one to knock waitresses because i know its a difficult job but honestly it was just ridiculous how awful the service was there. Wont go again.

Service was very slow on June 30th. Other than that, the food was great, as always.

Very nice server and very efficient. The food was great and the environment was clean and nice and quiet. Best service I have ever had at an Ihop.

Its the 1st time i have visited an IHOP restaurant,we don't have these in the UK,i was a bit apprehensive but i needn't have been because it was a great experience.The restaurant was busy but we didn't have to wait for a table,a waitress came to take our order within a couple of minutes but there was a slight hiccup with the wait for our food,it was an oversight,but the waitress informed us and they knocked 20% off the bill.I was a bit apprehensive,again,having an American pancake,try the butter and pecan syrup and you won't be disappointed,with what constituted a fry up but it works.So if you are ever in the USA go visit one of these places and i feel you won't be disappointed.

I love this place. The employees are always great and the food is always good. In several years I can't recall ever having to send back my food for anything.

This place needs some cleaning! We were seated at a booth where it had syrup stuck to the table, wall and syrup bottles and u can tell it was days old bc it was dry the wall that the booth was against had dust bunnies. The coffee pot was nasty the server took the pot to refill it and didn't even wash it bc the way it looked when we sat down was the same way when she brought it back to the table. Wonder what the kitchen looks like?!?! 🤢🤮

My family of four went on 50 cent pancake night and it was terrible. It wasn't busy but they were severely under staffed. Took long to be greeted, sat, greeted by our waitress, etc. Bad experience this time around IHOP.

Great food and the Staff is amazing 😍

Bad food. Eggs over medium but white still runny again after sending it back. Sausages not hot. Even hostess said others complained of undercooked eggs and cold food. Obviously managers don't care either. Notice the runny whites of the eggs both times!EDIT: Went there again... same problems, undercooked eggs again, half untoasted english muffin and burned smoked sausage. See the pictures and expand them.

Charlita was a really great server. Enjoyed the food and she kept us up with all you can eat pancakes. I couldn't even eat anymore.

10 minute wait to be seated. Then had to stand beside a table while it was being cleaned. Then, had to wait for drink and terrible food. Cold food that was too salty. Plus, my sweet tea tasted like unsweetened tea.

Service was better than usual. Food was great as always.

I admire this restaurant! They have high class dishes, they have a rich menu, The chef in that place is a real authority in the kitchen, I love very much trying all their food. The food is always fresh and tasty, the attitude towards the visitors is friendly. I frequently visit this place and I was never unsatisfied. I recommend it to all my friends.

The food was good. Had 6 adults and 2 babies. All left with full bellies for under $90. Wait staff did not clean the high chairs before being brought to us. Other than that all went smoothly.

Had a group (8 people) breakfast this morning and it went off beautifully! Service was outstanding! Food was delicious. Orders were correct.

Always have slow service when we go. They always seem to put the most unfriendliest person at the hostess stand. Digestive problems after eating everytime

The best waitress in the world works there...Shay!.....She was perfect,helpful,on time,super friendly,food was great,fresh and hot.....Loved it!

We came in and finally got seated after a five minute wait. Nobody was ahead of us. After we was seated, waitress got it drink order and then our food order. Brought the food to table and sit it down and left. Didn't even ask if we needed anything else. After waiting for ten minutes for her to come by, I finally got up and went and found her and all her for done ketchup and mayo. Finally brought it to us. We waited another ten minutes on a refill. Still no waitress in site. I get up once again and go find her and had to ask if we could get a refill. We have been waiting now for twenty minutes on our check. This is ridiculous!

Very nice selection of food. They also create special foods based on season such as green pancakes during St Patty's day, or christmas pancakes. Food is delicious but an little pricey. Try not to hurt yourself eating this delicious food.

Tuesday morning wasn't super busy. Was seated and our order was taken promptly. I ordered the Big Steak Omelette. It arrived quickly and was perfect. The omelette is big enough for 2 meals so I took half to go. With coffee & cheese added to hashbrowns, total price came to $14, which I was fine with, considering I had enough leftover for another meal.

Excellent food and great customer service. Shay is an amazing waitress. She's beautiful, courteous, and provides service with a smile. Plus this is the only IHOP in the between Greenville, Taylor's, and Greer that offer the Banana fosters brioche french toast. I was so pleased I gave her a tip that amounted the total on the bill!

My cousin and I ordered a lot of food and it was very good, but the appetizer plate we ordered was kind of dissapointing because our mozzerella sticks were cold and my onion rings and chicken tenders were as well. It was just kind of a let down, but everything else was hot and delicious! Our waiteress was super duper nicec and helpful too! I would happily go to ihop again :)

Been sitting here for 30 minutes now and still have no idea who our server is.... The service has been like this the past 3 times now. Unless the food is out of this world amazing, we will probably NEVER come back to this location. Will update hopefully...

Waitresses was awesome the food (dinner time) not impressed! I ordered a philly steak and it taste like it was cooked in bacon that means the grill had not been cleaned. Did not finish the meal my husband ordered chicken dinner and did not care for it he did not finish either!!! The waitress was on her own and did fabulous getting people seated and taking orders and making sure everyone was good.

Packed with people, but it only took five minutes to be seated. Taneisa our waitresses was wonderful. Never an empty glass on or table of six, for kids and two abults

IHOP has the best pancakes with fruit and all kinds of toppings but don't go if your watching you weight because the breakfast is loaded with calories

I have been to this IHOP location occasionally for a couple of years now. Tired of drive through 'fast food' being not so fast or hot? Ever want to sit down and have a conversation with someone as your coffee is filled for you? Then this is a place for you. They have a senior menu available and the amount of food is more than enough to fill you up. They do serve other food besides pancakes, for example my bride had country fried steak for breakfast recently. Their omelets are very filling, and I can't finish them. Food is hot and reasonably priced as agent Cooper would say. (Yes, a twin peaks reference.)

Well i ordered a sampler with scrambled eggs 🥚 and somehow i received eggs scrambled with cheese. They brought new eggs which were not fully cooked. I wasn't too thrilled about that. It took forever to be seated and checked out. The waitress did try to make it better by reducing the price but I prefer the IHOP on Woodruff rd.

My husband and I have just moved from Florence SC. We had been to the IHOP there a couple of times, and it was so horrible, that we swore we would never visit a IHOP again.Well, we just visited this one in Spartanburg SC. Wow! Awesome! Great food, and our server, Tiana, was great. She seemed as she loves her job. Thanks for what you do!!

Really there is no words for ihop it's fantastic and the waitress treat you like family and the food is out of this world greatness you can get any type of food your heart desires. I would recommend everyone going and atleast trying it once and i promise you will be back..👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I have gotten the Belgian Chocolate Pancakes two times and both times they have been great!

Service was AWESOME!!!! And couldn't have had a better waitress!!!! And the food was excellent.

The free pancakes for vets on Veterans Day were much smaller than the ones they normally serve and the bacon was way underdone. I don't think I will be returning to this IHOP location. This is the type of behavior than very well may sour me on the entire company. It's too bad because I really liked some of their food. Good bye IHOP.

The food was really good and hot .and cody was the best waiter we probably ever had, for the second time in a row. We will be back. Thanks IHOP.

Lunch hour brunch chose the pancake combo and tried the Belgium chocolate pancakes that were very good as dessert for someone that loves chocolate I highly recommend. Our waitress Erika was very attentive and super nice - awesome customer service all around :) one of the best visits to ihop I've had
